Costa Media Inc. is now hiring a Media Sales Executive in the Washington, DC market. A media sales executive must be able to effectively identify and create solutions to help local and national businesses thrive in this environment. The candidate must demonstrate that he/she can increase advertising revenue through both "traditional" and "non-traditional" media and must communicate effectively with clients and staff.
A Media Sales Executive:
- Handles radio and digital sales, and must have a proven sales track record, time management and presentation skills.
- Able collaborate effectively with clients, promotions, and on-air talent.
- Has ability to plan, strategize, sell, execute, and deliver results.
- Develops and delivers sales presentations in live settings.
- Must travel to client and prospect locations to win and/or support accounts.
- Follow up on all self-generated and company generated leads in an organized and effective manner.
- Regularly meets and exceeds monthly and annual sales goals.
